There are holes in the jackknife leg kits like part # 195-000017 that are designed to allow you to run hardware through them and also through the floor of your RV. There isn't a set of install instructions I can point you towards as every application will be different but you'll need to access the underside of the floor of your RV so that you can secure the hardware on the other side which may take opening up the paneling. Worst case scenario a spacer could be fabricated for where this attaches to the floor so that the angled bracket that fold down over the threshold would be taller but you shouldn't have a problem.
